About The Role
Cobee, now part of Pluxee, is entering an exciting new phase of growth and global expansion. Following our recent acquisition, we are scaling our operations and reinforcing our position as a leader in employee benefits and compensation solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive, energetic, and ambitious Account Executive to drive our topline growth in the SMEs segment.
The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office.
Main challenges
- Drive sales cycle from opportunity validation to contract negotiation and closing
- Conduct engaging discovery and demo meetings, identifying customer pain points and aligning Cobee's value proposition
- Prepare tailored business proposals, presentations, and quotes
- Maintain strong relationships with potential customers and key stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transition to Customer Success
- Develop deep product and domain knowledge
- Provide valuable input to Product team based on prospect and client conversations
- Contribute to sales process optimization by providing feedback to Sales Enablement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Identify high-potential deals for committed forecast
You are
- Passionate about sales methodology and process optimization
- Quick learner with the ability to rapidly identify customer needs and align Cobee's solutions
- Driven, competitive, and motivated by challenges
- Excellent listener with strong analytical skills
- Team player who consistently raises the bar
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and attention to detail
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the HR industry
You have
- University Degree (BA or BS), Master's preferred
- 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive
- Native Spanish speaker with working proficiency in English
- Strong business acumen, written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and goal-oriented mindset
- Passion for new technologies
- Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sales)
- Proficiency in sales tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft
