About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Lifecycle & Retention Specialist to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will assist the Lifecycle & Retention Specialist in developing, implementing, and managing Cobee's customer relationship management (CRM) strategy. You will focus on optimizing customer retention, increasing customer lifetime value, and driving revenue growth through targeted CRM campaigns, including email and in-app messaging. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in lifecycle marketing and customer retention while gaining hands-on experience in CRM strategy and execution.
The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office. It is Madrid-based.
Main challenges
- Support CRM Campaigns: Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of email and in-app messaging campaigns designed to retain customers, enhance engagement, and drive higher lifetime value.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Help analyze CRM campaign performance, track key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, retention, and conversion rates. Assist in generating regular reports on campaign performance and customer behavior.
- Customer Segmentation: Assist in segmenting customer databases for targeted campaigns based on user behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage. Work closely with the Lifecycle & Retention Specialist to implement personalized messaging strategies.
- Campaign Optimization: Collaborate on optimizing ongoing campaigns by conducting A/B testing, analyzing results, and suggesting improvements to maximize customer engagement and retention.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Design, CS, etc.) to ensure campaigns align with broader business goals, product updates, and customer needs.
- CRM Platform Management: Help maintain and update the CRM system with customer data, campaign details, and reporting. Support the team in ensuring accurate targeting and automation workflows are running smoothly.
- Learning & Development: Take part in ongoing training and development opportunities to grow your skills in lifecycle marketing, CRM tools, and customer retention strategies.
You have
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with CRM tools, specifically in email marketing and in-app campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.) and email campaign tools.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, retention strategies, and lifecycle marketing techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for developing a career in customer retention and lifecycle marketing, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
