About The Role

As Pluxee continues to grow at full speed, we're looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role is crucial in helping us scale our teams efficiently and thoughtfully while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You'll play a hands-on role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business areas — Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Experience, Finance, and Operations — contributing directly to the momentum we’re building.

The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office. It is Madrid-based.

Main challenges

• Lead full-cycle recruiting: from initial outreach to offer, acting as the face of Pluxee for our candidates.
  
• Partner closely with hiring managers to craft smooth, effective hiring processes tailored to each role.
  
• Ensure job descriptions are on point, sourcing strategies are smart, and comp packages align with our goals.
  
• Source and nurture diverse talent pipelines, creating inclusive experiences and outcomes.
  
• Co-manage our ATS, keeping data clean and insightful for decision-making.
  
• Support broader TA initiatives: internship programs, referrals, employer branding, and events.
  
• Engage passive candidates and maintain strong candidate relationships.
  
• Track, report, and analyze key hiring metrics to help us grow smarter.
  
• Co-create employer branding strategies and campaigns with the wider recruitment team.

You are 

• You're highly empathetic, people-oriented, and love connecting talent with opportunity.
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English—comfortable interacting with diverse international candidates.
