About the role:
We’re looking for a Customer Success Team Lead who can coach, empower and scale a team of CSMs working with our mid-sized clients.This role is all about making sure our customers are successful, our CSMs are thriving, and our processes are scaling. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Ops and Support to make sure we’re delivering a world-class experience.
You won’t be just managing people — you’ll lead by example, jumping into calls when needed, handling strategic accounts, and helping the team reach the next level.
What you´ll be doing:
- Lead and mentor a team of CSMs focused on medium-sized customers.
- Set goals, track performance, and ensure the team hits KPIs like revenue, retention, adoption and satisfaction.
- Be the escalation point for strategic or complex clients within your segment.
- Standardize and improve EBR, Revenue Expansion processes, and lifecycle management for medium accounts.
- Collaborate with other teams (Sales, Product, Support, Ops) to streamline feedback loops and create new processes to improve the overall customer journey.
- Roll up your sleeves when needed—whether it's handling a key account or jumping into a tricky configuration.
- Help shape the strategy for the Medium Accounts segment, identifying what’s working, what’s not, and where we can level up.

Main challenges:
- Balancing scale with personalization: Medium accounts require love, but they don’t all get white-glove. You'll need to balance efficiency and impact.
- Team coaching + tactical execution: You'll juggle team leadership with hands-on client management.
- Building structure while staying agile: We’re scaling fast—so you’ll help us put down roots without becoming slow or bureaucratic.
- Customer centricity vs. internal priorities: You'll help the team navigate product limitations and find creative solutions.
What we´re looking for:
- Experience leading a CSM team or mentoring others in a senior CSM role.
- Strong background managing B2B mid-market clients (ideally in SaaS).
- Data-driven mindset—you know how to track KPIs and use insights to improve.
- You're proactive, collaborative, and know how to work cross-functionally.
- You communicate clearly, give feedback with care, and know how to develop people.
- Comfortable speaking Spanish & English fluently (both are musts!).
- Empathy, ownership, and a love for helping clients and your team succeed.
Bonus points if:
- You’ve worked in a fast-growing startup or scale-up.
- You’ve used tools like Gainsight, Planhat, or similar CS platforms.
