About The Role
Pluxee has recently acquired Cobee, and we are now on a mission to transition our existing clients to Cobee by Pluxee. As a Customer Migration Specialist, you will play a key role in this transformation by engaging with current Pluxee customers, demonstrating the benefits of Cobee’s platform, and securing their commitment to migrate.
This role requires a strategic, consultative approach, as you will be working with companies that are already partnered with Pluxee, focusing on educating them about the added value of Cobee’s solutions and guiding them through a seamless migration process.
This hybrid role requires working in the office three days per week, with the remaining days remote.
Main challenges
- Engage with existing Pluxee clients to present the advantages of transitioning to Cobee by Pluxee
- Conduct consultative meetings to understand each customer’s needs and tailor migration discussions accordingly
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring trust and alignment throughout the migration process
- Effectively communicate Cobee’s value proposition, leveraging product demonstrations, case studies, and data-driven insights
- Address customer concerns, overcome objections, and guide them toward a smooth transition
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure a frictionless migration experience
- Maintain accurate records of migration progress in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Provide feedback on customer insights and migration challenges to improve processes and optimize strategy
You are
- Passionate about customer engagement and building long-term relationships
- Strong consultative and negotiation skills, with the ability to address objections and influence decision-making
- Excellent communicator, capable of clearly articulating product benefits and guiding customers through change
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple migrations simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and align them with Cobee’s solutions
- Proactive and solution-driven, always looking for ways to optimize the migration process
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys working cross-functionally
You have
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS); Master’s preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B SaaS Sales
- Native Spanish speaker with working proficiency in English
- Strong business acumen and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in SaaS (preferably in HRTech or similar industries)
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sales)
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft)
