The Challenge:
No sales pitches. No soft-skills workshops. Pure product nerdery. You’ll set up learning sessions, write crystal-clear guides, and become the in-house source of truth for all things Cobee.
What you’ll do
- Craft & deliver internal trainings on our SaaS platform (including those mysterious settings nobody understands—until you show up).
- Sync daily with Product to track every release and translate tech-speak into human-speak.
- Run recurring sessions for different teams to onboard, refresh, and unblock them.
- Create bite-sized content—Notion docs, Loom videos, FAQs, you name it—that people actually read.
- Spot knowledge gaps before they turn into tickets and build the right training to fill them.
- Be the go-to human for any “Wait, how does this feature work?” questions.
Main Challenges:
- Keeping up with the pace of change: The product evolves fast—your training materials need to keep up.
- Tailoring content for different teams: What CSMs need to know is not the same as what the onboarding teams need to know. You’ll have to adapt your approach constantly.
- Balancing depth vs clarity: You’ll need to go deep into configurations and logic without overwhelming people.
- Driving engagement: Making internal learning something people actually look forward to (or at least don’t dread!).
- Becoming a bridge: Between Product, Tech, and the Customer Success Team. You’ll need to speak many “languages” inside the company.
What we’re looking for
- Solid experience teaching internal teams how to use a digital product (extra kudos if it’s B2B SaaS).
- A knack for turning complex workflows into simple stories.
- Super organized, autonomous, and proactive—you build and own your processes.
- Comfortable communicating in English and Spanish (a must)
- Thrive in fast-moving environments where the product (and your trainings) evolve at lightning speed.
- You genuinely enjoy helping teammates level up.
